Our organization started as only a seed in the mind of our founder.
Santel Fields-Blair is the founder of G.I.R.L.S. (Girls In Real Life Situations), an organization created as a safe space for teen girls between the ages 13 – 17 years old. Santel is currently an entrepreneur of a beauty bar, enhancing the beauty of all. To her family she called their “Superhero” for her extraordinary abilities and skills to protect, provide, and nurture others. Santel is known for her willingness to sacrifice her own well-being for the greater good of her family and friends. To her former employee, she exemplified the true definition of leadership. She was trustworthy, respectful, empowering, innovative, motivating, and transparent.
